I called Cyclone Plumbing after another company couldn’t fix a main line backup. Daniela was great on the phone and quickly dispatched Mike.
Mike understood my 1956 home right away, used the correct cleanout, cleared the clog, and confirmed everything with a camera inspection. He explained there was only one cleanout and no pipe damage or root intrusion unlike what I was previously told.

First of all, I really appreciate that Mike and Ricardo arrived right on time. From the moment they walked into our home, they were friendly, polite, and very courteous. Mike took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained what they were going to do, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process.
In addition, they performed a pipe burst on our main sewer line, and everything was handled seamlessly and very well coordinated. It was impressive to see how efficiently they completed such a major repair.

Cyclone Plumbing saved my dad and his 75-year-old house on several occasions already, and I cannot thank them enough!
They show up immediately or first thing in the morning if I tell them it's not urgent, and they get stuff done quickly and inexpensively because of the experienced employees they have.
The first time I called them on the weekend, Mike and another employee showed up within an hour, because my dad's toilet and shower were backing up. Turns out it was a major leak under the house as you can see in the photos, so they came back next day and replaced all the plumbing underneath within a day and a half. There was no disruption to our daily life because they rigged up the drain lines underneath the house so we could still use them.
Just laye last night I texted them that my drain line clogged up in the kitchen (my fault), and one of their really experienced employees, Ricky, showed up first thing in the morning and unclogged the the drain line.
The best part is they're super friendly, super accommodating, and they have a great team of employees who comes out and takes care of the problems quickly.
And all the major services they performed were way under what the other companies quoted for replacing all the drain lines and relining the main drain line to the street.
You can see in some of the photos that there were huge cracks in the main drain line, and we could see the roots, as well as bugs crawling in and out of those cracks while we're looking at it with the video camera.

I contacted Cyclone Plumbing that I found on Google after my plumber from our home warranty flaked. Right from the beginning they scheduled me. The lady on the phone was kind and precise and kept in contact with me. Mike was the plumber that came out to help. He was very professional. I had a plumbing problem with a blocked sewer line to one part my house. I called Cyclone Plumbing They came the next day and looked at my line with a camera and discovered I had cast iron sewer pipes. Because these were cast iron the pipes, the pipes had lots of scaling buildup.The blockage was so bad they couldn't actually clear it with a snake. Michael from Cyclone Plumbing explained to me the problem and showed me with the line camera the issues.
I highly recommend Michael and if a plumbing need ever rises. I plan to use them again. It's great to find good reliable people that know their trade.

The guy that helped me was Mike, and he was great from the start! Although he suspected he knew what the problem was (clogging drain after all), he wanted to understand the circumstances of what I was hearing to truly diagnose the problem. I was in need of a complete inspectionn of a persistent sewer problem from the front of my property to the street. My toilet, shower and sink were all backed up at the same time. What was great was the extra mile these folks went. They had cameras, declogging equipment, and hydro flushing very nice equipment. We needed all of it. Came out great. Michael N. Was AMAZING!! I had old cracked pipes. They replaced all the pipes under the house. Reset toilets and shower drains to drain correctly. Michael was involved in every step of the process. Going above and beyond to make sure everything was done correct. Would highly recommend them. (Pictures below show what they had to deal with.)
